		<official-title>To exempt children of certain Filipino World War II
		  veterans from the numerical limitations on immigrant visas and for other
		  purposes.</official-title>

		<section id="H3C71E72EF4434010BDEFF552E24C15A4" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the
			 <quote><short-title>Filipino Veterans Family Reunification
			 Act of 2011</short-title></quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="HC4E8EDD07D924674A6AF8747FCCCE7E2" section-type="subsequent-section"><enum>2.</enum><header>Exemption from
			 immigrant visa limit</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section
			 201(b)(1) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (8 U.S.C. 1151(b)(1)) is
			 amended by adding at the end the following:</text>
			<quoted-block display-inline="no-display-inline" id="HD55F3DC05B004E1D87E6B951C452D28C" style="OLC">
				<subparagraph id="H31A8808C93E64BB9A1F58548EE56A6A1" indent="up1"><enum>(F)</enum><text>Aliens who—</text>
					<clause id="HC8AD9EA3EAAB46E19DFBD352788F55D2"><enum>(i)</enum><text>are eligible for a visa under
				paragraph (1) or (3) of section 203(a); and</text>
					</clause><clause id="H4F04EC886FC54621AF7C401B2C1F9E02"><enum>(ii)</enum><text>have a parent (regardless of
				whether the parent in living or dead) who was naturalized pursuant to—</text>
						<subclause id="H786E0ECF4FBF46E69375914B94642F38"><enum>(I)</enum><text>section 405 of the Immigration Act of
				1990 (Public Law 101–649; 8 U.S.C. 1440 note); or</text>
						</subclause><subclause id="H43239A00CDB14BA582377F3AA6F85F95"><enum>(II)</enum><text>title III of the Act of October 14, 1940
				(54 Stat. 1137, chapter 876), as added by section 1001 of the Second War Powers
				Act, 1942 (56 Stat. 182, chapter
				199).</text>
