		<official-title>To preserve and protect the free choice of individual
		  employees to form, join, or assist labor organizations, or to refrain from such
		  activities.</official-title>

		<section display-inline="no-display-inline" id="H0B88087D835E46D0B79442684516F158" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote>National
			 Right-to-Work Act</quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="HCA5140F48FE84D348F71E635269CC8A6"><enum>2.</enum><header>Amendments to the
			 national labor relations Act</header>
			<subsection id="H97C7C1A80EA3485DBD672E418BDB38B0"><enum>(a)</enum><text>Section 7 of the
			 National Labor Relations Act (the <quote>Act</quote>) (29 U.S.C. 157) is
			 amended by striking <quote>except to</quote> and all that follows through
			 <quote>authorized in section 8(a)(3)</quote>.</text>
			</subsection><subsection id="H57DB05C5C3FB420B8FBE42C171C61D27"><enum>(b)</enum><text>Section 8(a) of
			 the Act (29 U.S.C. 158(a)) is amended by striking <quote>: <italic>Provided,
			 </italic>That</quote> and all that follows through <quote>retaining
			 membership</quote> in paragraph (3).</text>
			</subsection><subsection id="HD0249B9FAF0849A9B1A21795BD1AF7EA"><enum>(c)</enum><text>Section 8(b) of
			 the Act (29 U.S.C. 158(b)) is amended by striking <quote>or to
			 discriminate</quote> and all that follows through <quote>retaining
			 membership</quote> in paragraph (2) and by striking <quote>covered by an
			 agreement authorized under subsection (a)(3) of this section</quote> in
			 paragraph (5).</text>
			</subsection><subsection id="H4A1A9E1AA531416DB00B836BAE13C66E"><enum>(d)</enum><text>Section 8(f) of
			 the Act (29 U.S.C. 158(f)) is amended by striking clause (2) and by
			 redesignating clauses (3) and (4) as (2) and (3), respectively.</text>
			</subsection></section><section id="H725636A8CCC44481A48383EA96D43D6E"><enum>3.</enum><header>Amendment to the
			 Railway Labor Act</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 2 of
			 the Railway Labor Act (45 U.S.C. 152) is amended by striking paragraph
			 Eleventh.</text>
