		<official-title>To expand the boundary of Saguaro National Park, to study
		  additional land for future adjustments to the boundary of the Park, and for
		  other purposes.</official-title>

		<section display-inline="no-display-inline" id="H21519E1CE85A4FD6939955436A18D332" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the
			 <quote><short-title>Saguaro National Park Boundary
			 Expansion and Study Act of 2011</short-title></quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="H523BC4FA320B4D7C98FFF5C629D4A2C3"><enum>2.</enum><header>Boundary of
			 saguaro national park</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section
			 4 of the <quote>Saguaro National Park Establishment Act of 1994</quote> (Public
			 Law 103–364, 108 Stat. 3467), is amended—</text>
			<paragraph id="H07844E5888FE4734A5DEAE3C24467A39"><enum>(1)</enum><text>in subsection
			 (a)—</text>
				<subparagraph id="H134C2D8862234202A7AEDDCB848E70D7"><enum>(A)</enum><text>by inserting
			 <quote>(1)</quote> before <quote>The boundaries of the park</quote>; and</text>
				</subparagraph><subparagraph id="H1A8BE5CF3F22446E920BD7BC573D5C22"><enum>(B)</enum><text>by adding at the
			 end the following:</text>
					<quoted-block id="HE6F8269FD97643BC89125082B6202941" style="OLC">
						<paragraph id="H8CFEE1530E9A4C2A8044D62E9F428AF6"><enum>(2)</enum><text>The boundary of
				the park is further modified to include approximately 975 acres, as generally
				depicted on the map titled <quote>Saguaro National Park Proposed Boundary
				Adjustment</quote>, numbered 151/80,045A, and dated August 2008. The map shall
				be on file and available for inspection in the appropriate offices of the
				National Park
				Service.</text>
						</paragraph><after-quoted-block>;</after-quoted-block></quoted-block>
				</subparagraph></paragraph><paragraph id="H3E5BF6C478414F2483A84AB703C17B2C"><enum>(2)</enum><text>by striking
			 subsection (b)(2) and inserting the following new paragraphs:</text>
				<quoted-block id="H5B15E2CEE8E94AE38648A0E770548574" style="OLC">
					<paragraph id="H695B69BA34F34D27A8E1D4D51633EA01"><enum>(2)</enum><text>The Secretary may,
				with the consent of the State and in accordance with Federal and State law,
				acquire from the State land or interests in land within the boundary of the
				park.</text>
					</paragraph><paragraph id="HFBBA2FFBE37740ED883434E1682D583E"><enum>(3)</enum><text>If the Secretary
				is unable to acquire the State land under paragraph (2), the Secretary may
				enter into an agreement that would allow the National Park Service to manage
				State land within the boundary of the
				park.</text>
					</paragraph><after-quoted-block>;
				and</after-quoted-block></quoted-block>
			</paragraph><paragraph id="H7127A73A5C2D4DE29B6CADF1348B4C2F"><enum>(3)</enum><text>by adding at the
			 end the following new subsection:</text>
				<quoted-block id="H82499E785D064FDFA7001B7AD447E59F" style="OLC">
					<subsection id="H43D65859637A4546884DED6AF1999FB0"><enum>(d)</enum><header>Boundary
				study</header>
						<paragraph id="H6D02904EE99F48E2952DC9B80865CFF6"><enum>(1)</enum><header>In
				general</header><text>The Secretary shall conduct a study to identify lands
				that would be a part of any future boundary adjustments for the park.</text>
						</paragraph><paragraph id="H639525C4AB434BBB80B1EE13BFD0584E"><enum>(2)</enum><header>Criteria</header><text>The
				study shall examine the natural, cultural, recreational, and scenic values and
				characters of lands identified under paragraph (1).</text>
						</paragraph><paragraph id="HF646B9E562B0496FB7E29700DD197390"><enum>(3)</enum><header>Report</header><text>Not
				later than 2 years after the date funds are made available for the study under
				this subsection, the Secretary shall submit to the Committee on Natural
				Resources of the House of Representatives and the Committee on Energy and
				Natural Resources of the Senate a report on the findings, conclusions, and
				recommendations of the
				study.</text>
						</paragraph></subsection><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block>
