		<section id="H61668C959D0E44AF87A7B4717617A719" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Deadline for claims relating
			 to highway and public transportation capital projects</header>
			<subsection id="H0A1019E04F534515877E84F0C8F7932D"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In
			 general</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Section 139(l) of
			 title 23, United States Code, is amended by striking <quote>180 days</quote> in
			 each of paragraphs (1) and (2) and inserting <quote>90 days</quote>.</text>
			</subsection><subsection id="HB57BAC1D69E84C3C9F3E47FE85E8BB4F"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Applicability</header><text>The
			 amendments made by subsection (a) shall apply to claims arising after the date
			 of enactment of this Act.</text>
