		<section id="HF12E9835FD834990A86EE9ACAD493A71" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Repeal of TARP</header>
			<subsection id="HFB8E2B96303A4A6884E74D13326DAEC3"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In
			 general</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Title I of the
			 Emergency Economic Stabilization Act of 2008 is hereby repealed, and the
			 provisions of law amended or repealed by such title are restored or revived as
			 if such title had not been enacted.</text>
			</subsection><subsection id="H278E09044E2F4A1AB217EAAB564A8997"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Exceptions</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Subsection (a) shall not apply to sections
			 126, 127, 128, 129, 130, 132, and 136 of title I of the Emergency Economic
			 Stabilization Act of 2008.</text>
			</subsection></section><section id="HBD98312AB12D487193AF615AD0B3B27F"><enum>2.</enum><header>Continuing
			 oversight of outstanding funds</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">The Secretary of the Treasury shall—</text>
			<paragraph id="H810AC16778CD4DAF9347E572C57E9833"><enum>(1)</enum><text>maintain oversight
			 of all outstanding funds received by an entity under title I of the Emergency
			 Economic Stabilization Act of 2008, until such funds are repaid; and</text>
			</paragraph><paragraph id="H26C5FD7091AC4035808EF2EB55CD279F"><enum>(2)</enum><text>dispose of all
			 assets received by the Treasury under such title I in a manner so as to
			 maximize the overall return from such assets.</text>
			</paragraph></section><section id="H3F25E4DC82534108BAE1C39E2DA041E9"><enum>3.</enum><header>Prevention of
			 future bailouts</header>
			<subsection id="HE645DD2EF0E942A8AB3843D3F83B44A6"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Findings</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The Congress finds the following:</text>
				<paragraph id="H7CDD7E8BE5C64574A0AD402C924A8A9E"><enum>(1)</enum><text>The Federal
			 Government should not provide TARP-like programs or other bailouts for entities
			 in the private sector.</text>
				</paragraph><paragraph id="HCD1BC14479B94174AD7E3ECB7DA93F45"><enum>(2)</enum><text>The Federal
			 Government should not act as a creditor of last resort to the private
			 sector.</text>
				</paragraph></subsection><subsection id="H5F05DC9CEB354B0B972BB240DA85DAD5"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Prohibition</header><text>Congress
			 shall make no law providing a bailout for one or more entities in the private
			 sector.</text>
