		<official-title>To amend the Immigration and Nationality Act to provide
		  for deferred action and parole only in for urgent humanitarian reasons or to
		  gain a significant public benefit, and for other purposes.</official-title>

		<section id="HEB1C95F9E8434762BCFBAE469BEF436A" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the
			 <quote><short-title>Deferred Action Reform Act of
			 2011</short-title></quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="H3015ADC5EF9C41F7933C3528BA870D85"><enum>2.</enum><header>Deferred action
			 and parole</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 212(d)(5)
			 of the Immigration and Nationality Act (8 U.S.C. 1182(d)(5)) is amended by
			 adding at the end the following:</text>
			<quoted-block display-inline="no-display-inline" id="HAD6850B18D2A478E8CF4932E214BD2C3" style="OLC">
				<subparagraph id="HC69677293AF8473793D01437F6DDAF9C"><enum>(C)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Notwithstanding any other provision of law,
				an alien may only be paroled into the United States or granted deferred action
				of a final order of removal on a case-by-case basis for urgent humanitarian
				reasons or significant public
				benefit.</text>
