		<official-title>To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to make all
		  veterans eligible for home loans under the veterans mortgage revenue bond

		<section id="H591046E27C6B43F0B7451F88613E757D" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the
			 <quote><short-title>Veterans’ Home Loan Improvement Act of
			 2011</short-title></quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="HAAE6565E3F6F43A0B31BFEA5E0FF450C"><enum>2.</enum><header>All veterans made
			 eligible for home loans under veterans mortgage revenue bond
			 provisions</header>
			<subsection id="H9F2BF6ADFF1A43B2ABFC4B686ADAAE66"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In
			 general</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Paragraph (4) of
			 section 143(l) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 is amended to read as
			 follows:</text>
				<quoted-block display-inline="no-display-inline" id="H2768DC65E28E428299D34A6FCB1368F7" style="OLC">
					<paragraph id="H00B1FC63FD1F4BEB80EDC31903580C59"><enum>(4)</enum><header>Qualified
				veteran</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">For purposes of this
				subsection, the term <quote>qualified veteran</quote> means any veteran who
				served on active
				duty.</text>
					</paragraph><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block>
			</subsection><subsection id="HD8061671407B42BCBC985CFC68FE290D"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Effective
			 date</header><text>The amendment made by this section shall apply to financing
			 provided after the date of the enactment of this Act under issues issued
			 before, on, or after such date.</text>
