		<official-title>To amend the Toxic Substances Control Act to clarify the
		  jurisdiction of the Environmental Protection Agency with respect to certain
		  sporting good articles, and to exempt those articles from a definition under
		  that Act.</official-title>

		<section id="H24FD8ABF9151424E9408D4B69545D062" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the
			 <quote><short-title>Hunting, Fishing, and Recreational
			 Shooting Protection Act</short-title></quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="H165CACED0DC94BCE8ED372A67636CF63"><enum>2.</enum><header>Modification of
			 definition</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 3(2)(B) of
			 the Toxic Substances Control Act (15 U.S.C. 2602(2)(B)) is amended—</text>
			<paragraph id="H3C6C5A565BA84706BC3A5F67EC82B179"><enum>(1)</enum><text>in clause (v), by
			 striking <quote>, and</quote> and inserting <quote>, or any component of any
			 such article including, without limitation, shot, bullets and other
			 projectiles, propellants, and primers,</quote>;</text>
			</paragraph><paragraph id="H0D20E3BF19954EE2B9028209512B2C1C"><enum>(2)</enum><text>in clause (vi) by
			 striking the period at the end and inserting <quote>, and</quote>; and</text>
			</paragraph><paragraph id="H9CA8D8B990FA4BB6804F9325BDCAB462"><enum>(3)</enum><text>by inserting after
			 clause (vi) the following:</text>
				<quoted-block id="H9387304F167348418A5614EE6D8D9984" style="OLC">
					<clause id="H274A055D454B4BCF9475091C7D50EE54" indent="up2"><enum>(vii)</enum><text>any sport fishing equipment (as such
				term is defined in subparagraph (a) of section 4162 of the Internal Revenue
				Code of 1986) the sale of which is subject to the tax imposed by section
				4161(a) of such Code (determined without regard to any exemptions from such tax
				as provided by section 4162 or 4221 or any other provision of such Code), and
				sport fishing equipment
				components.</text>
