		<section id="H658103C623454CA29A7F4A044EE4572F" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the
			 <quote><short-title>Post 9/11 GI Bill Payment Restoration
			 Act</short-title></quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="HC37AC9B583B141449A31110011173478"><enum>2.</enum><header>Repeal of
			 modification of authority to make certain interval payments of educational
			 assistance under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans
			 Affairs</header>
			<subsection id="H688D6DE44EBA4B9283A9902DD278C0D7"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Repeal</header><text>The
			 Post-9/11 Veterans Educational Assistance Improvements Act of 2010 (Public Law
			 111–377) is amended by striking section 206.</text>
			</subsection><subsection id="H9F1B585742774145829E6DC819891851"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Effective
			 date</header><text>The amendment made by subsection (a) shall take effect on
			 the date of the enactment of this Act.</text>
			</subsection></section><section id="H4748648301B246719B6DB644C283D361"><enum>3.</enum><header>Rescission of
			 unspent Federal funds to off set loss in revenues</header>
			<subsection id="H22D874AEB94A4AE78C72FA2C6129D47D"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In
			 General</header><text>Notwithstanding any other provision of law, of all
			 available unobligated funds equal to the amount required to implement this Act
			 in appropriated discretionary funds are hereby rescinded.</text>
			</subsection><subsection id="H3E5DE406A86C488AB4A6E49F2F901DA7"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Implementation</header><text>The
			 Director of the Office of Management and Budget shall determine and identify
			 funding from appropriation accounts that has been deemed duplicative by the
			 Government Accountability Office, and the rescission under subsection (a) shall
			 apply and the amount of such rescission that shall apply to each such account.
			 Not later than 60 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the
			 Director of the Office of Management and Budget shall submit a report to the
			 Secretary of the Treasury and Congress of the accounts and amounts determined
			 and identified for rescission under the preceding sentence.</text>
