		<section id="HEE1A6015511F403B8136B5A4D7546C2B" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the
			 <quote><short-title>Judgment Fund Transparency Act of
			 2011</short-title></quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="H3051A5173AA14414B2E75BE8EFCF3D47"><enum>2.</enum><header>Judgment Fund
			 transparency</header>
			<subsection id="HBE702196BB65474D9D63C78BE39DCFBA"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Transparency
			 requirement</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Section 1304 of
			 title 31, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following new
			 subsection:</text>
				<quoted-block display-inline="no-display-inline" id="H85BDBF243109458E95E9AF71AD1D613A" style="USC">
					<subsection id="H6931B4A8FFF746948805F3E2FE75182E"><enum>(d)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The Secretary of the Treasury shall make
				available to the public on a website the following information with regard to
				any payment made under this section, unless the disclosure of such information
				is otherwise prohibited by law or court order:</text>
						<paragraph id="H0E66441EA52A4593A98B7B0692FCA593"><enum>(1)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The name of the plaintiff or claimant.</text>
						</paragraph><paragraph id="H9B144BB1FC8D424F99EDE7A00C9D425A"><enum>(2)</enum><text>The name of the
				counsel for the plaintiff or claimant.</text>
						</paragraph><paragraph id="H1A85440B4E2F4AAEB9147A2222B74658"><enum>(3)</enum><text>The name of the
				agency that submitted the claim.</text>
						</paragraph><paragraph id="H7DC1C2B0027F46EB9AD54FD872520EB4"><enum>(4)</enum><text>A brief
				description of the facts that gave rise to the claim.</text>
						</paragraph><paragraph id="HFE1E25071FEC47389B37B3B3B7DE00F7"><enum>(5)</enum><text>The amount paid
				representing principal, attorney fees, and interest, if
				applicable.</text>
						</paragraph></subsection><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block>
			</subsection><subsection id="H0274FAD281FA4BB6AFA6C3B90DADF3EF"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Implementation</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The Secretary of the Treasury shall
			 implement section 1304(d) of title 31, United States Code, as added by
			 subsection (a), beginning not later than 60 days after the date of the
			 enactment of this Act.</text>
