		<section id="H2E11688324C94B27A0D5731C4DD938C9" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the
			 <quote><short-title>Creating Sunshine, Participation, and
			 Accountability for our Nation Act</short-title></quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="HE61660500AEB44FBBB3083881FA474D1"><enum>2.</enum><header>Formal rulemaking
			 requirement</header>
			<subsection id="H311D3694F554430790CFB080884BE635"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In
			 general</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Any rule issued under
			 a health care reform law shall be made on the record after opportunity for an
			 agency hearing.</text>
			</subsection><subsection id="H74522773DFBE4DD4AA43C5E312FFE858"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Hearing
			 requirements</header><text>The agency hearing referred to in subsection (a)
			 shall be—</text>
				<paragraph id="HB6A47D22270A4D3EA487CD9F808CAFAB"><enum>(1)</enum><text>open to the
			 public, including to radio and television coverage; and</text>
				</paragraph><paragraph id="H350931492F55431388D81BF5F0E4AFDE"><enum>(2)</enum><text>presided over by
			 an officer confirmed by the Senate.</text>
				</paragraph></subsection><subsection id="H17CC5F0A9E2545A89FC73889A6EA6D57"><enum>(c)</enum><header>Definition</header><text>In
			 this Act, the term <quote>health care reform law</quote> means—</text>
				<paragraph id="H322717D004164F85B3B4784AF1AD8D6A"><enum>(1)</enum><text>the Patient
			 Protection and Affordable Care Act (Public Law 111–148) and the amendments made
			 by that Act; and</text>
				</paragraph><paragraph id="HC83D8DB659FA4AC3B02BA5826B26DF67"><enum>(2)</enum><text>title I or
			 subtitle B of title II of the Health Care and Education Reconciliation Act of
			 2010 (Public Law 111–152) and the amendments made by that Act.</text>
