<subsection id="H561ABCEDFBBD4ED195EDC07B138251BD"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Designation</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The facility of the United States Postal Service located at 115 4th Avenue Southwest in Ardmore, Oklahoma, shall be known and designated as the <quote>Specialist Micheal E. Phillips Post Office</quote>.</text> </subsection> 
<subsection id="H1DAFD5DB92FF45B2B611B766588AB28D"><enum>(b)</enum><header>References</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Any reference in a law, map, regulation, document, paper, or other record of the United States to the facility referred to in subsection (a) shall be deemed to be a reference to the <quote>Specialist Micheal E. Phillips Post Office</quote>.</text> </subsection></section>
