		<section display-inline="no-display-inline" id="H74282EB138E34B9D85EF1976BA1F91C3" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the
			 <quote><short-title>District of Columbia Medicaid
			 Reimbursement Act of 2011</short-title></quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="HF1613A63A740434DB1EBD698D81CC476"><enum>2.</enum><header>Increasing the
			 Medicaid Federal medical assistance percentage for the District of Columbia to
			 75 percent</header>
			<subsection id="H35AD5CC2B35D4AD584B9C5FE2E102077"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In
			 general</header><text>Section 1905(b)(3) of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C.
			 1396d(b)(3)) is amended by striking <quote>70 percent</quote> and inserting
			 <quote>75 percent</quote>.</text>
			</subsection><subsection id="H0797F0838ADB4B76BB55071AB47E715D"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Effective
			 date</header><text>The amendment made by subsection (a) shall apply to calendar
			 quarters beginning on or after October 1, 2011.</text>
