Suspension of limitation on period for which borrowers are eligible for guaranteed assistance

Section 319(b) of the Consolidated Farm and Rural Development Act (7 U.S.C. 1949(b)) is amended— (1)in paragraph (1), by striking paragraph (2) and inserting paragraphs (2) and (3); and (2)by adding at the end the following: (3)

Suspension

During the period beginning December 31, 2010, and ending December 31, 2011, paragraph (1) shall have no force or effect. .
