		<official-title display="yes">To require the Secretary of the Interior to
		  convey the McKinney Lake National Fish Hatchery to the State of North Carolina,
		  and for other purposes.</official-title>

		<section id="H9528BC802C0C409B89532B12C7EF7DB4" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the
			 <quote><short-title>McKinney Lake National Fish Hatchery
			 Conveyance Act</short-title></quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="HBC840A6964EB430F9BEC91B426D3A70C"><enum>2.</enum><header>Conveyance of
			 Mckinney Lake National Fish Hatchery</header>
			<subsection id="H56DB37E9DE3D4983BAFBEE0F7C9F44D6"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Definitions</header><text>In
			 this section:</text>
				<paragraph id="H73760C0E647A445EA723AAC31AF24128"><enum>(1)</enum><header>Secretary</header><text>The
			 term <term>Secretary</term> means the Secretary of the Interior.</text>
				</paragraph><paragraph id="H4DE46039D5FF40368C8D675E1753B096"><enum>(2)</enum><header>State</header><text>The
			 term <term>State</term> means the State of North Carolina.</text>
				</paragraph></subsection><subsection id="H6859B204034E4B8890C0A617E6A93585"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Conveyance</header><text>Not
			 later than 180 days after the date of enactment of this Act, the Secretary
			 shall convey to the State, without reimbursement, all right, title, and
			 interest of the United States in and to the property described in subsection
			 (c), for use by the North Carolina Wildlife Resources Commission as a component
			 of the fish and wildlife management program of the State.</text>
			</subsection><subsection id="HA21C46ED7887415488FA987A9936B4A2"><enum>(c)</enum><header>Description of
			 property</header><text>The property referred to in subsection (b) is comprised
			 of the property known as the <quote>McKinney Lake National Fish
			 Hatchery</quote>, which—</text>
				<paragraph id="H6724AFC9D0184B978F3F79D5B3442CB2"><enum>(1)</enum><text>is located at 220
			 McKinney Lake Road, Hoffman (between Southern Pines and Rockingham), in
			 Richmond County, North Carolina;</text>
				</paragraph><paragraph id="HBC6F7ADE0AE84D1BA186C6D62F62E9DF"><enum>(2)</enum><text>is a warmwater
			 facility consisting of approximately 422 acres; and</text>
				</paragraph><paragraph id="HD04663B5594242A8A0A1F9BA70EAE573"><enum>(3)</enum><text>includes all
			 improvements and related personal property under the jurisdiction of the
			 Secretary that are located on the property (including buildings, structures,
			 and equipment).</text>
				</paragraph></subsection><subsection id="H2A38F9FB3D6B4E7494A1D1E5084C9FA0"><enum>(d)</enum><header>Use by
			 State</header>
				<paragraph id="H75077555D38F413A9CA8CD087F509945"><enum>(1)</enum><header>Use</header><text>The
			 property conveyed to the State under this section shall be used by the State
			 for purposes relating to fishery and wildlife resources management.</text>
				</paragraph><paragraph id="HA77EC9A11EE14289BD8AC36C191EC51E"><enum>(2)</enum><header>Reversion</header>
					<subparagraph id="H2C9175D9731D4D779714BB878914EA48"><enum>(A)</enum><header>In
			 general</header><text>If the property conveyed to the State under this section
			 is used for any purpose other than the purpose described in paragraph (1), all
			 right, title, and interest in and to the property shall revert to the United
			 States.</text>
					</subparagraph><subparagraph id="HC7DC4DB5078F4E0FAD2D458879DEF7B8"><enum>(B)</enum><header>Condition of
			 property</header><text>If the property described in subparagraph (A) reverts to
			 the United States under this paragraph, the State shall ensure that the
			 property is in substantially the same or better condition as the condition of
			 the property as of the date of the conveyance of the property under this
			 section.</text>
					</subparagraph><subparagraph id="H97B4D61813D842DC9045B77C50AEA077"><enum>(C)</enum><header>Exception</header><text>This
			 paragraph shall not apply with respect to use of the property under subsection
			 (e).</text>
					</subparagraph></paragraph></subsection><subsection id="H0F9B12DDA4B8479EA08EE5A9C1A933C0"><enum>(e)</enum><header>Use by
			 Secretary</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The Secretary shall
			 require, as a condition and term of the conveyance of property under this
			 section, that the State shall, upon the request of the Secretary, allow the
			 United States Fish and Wildlife Service to use the property in cooperation with
			 the Commission for propagation of any critically important aquatic resources
			 held in public trust to address specific restoration or recovery needs of such
			 resource.</text>
