		<official-title>To amend title 46, United States Code, to require
		  delivery by United States mail of any transportation security card issued to an
		  individual who resides in a remote location.</official-title>

		<section id="HFAAD0D9DAF464EF2BE6014F16C02189B" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the
			 <quote><short-title>TWIC Delivery Act of
			 2011</short-title></quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="H8C3343C0BD9B4D438076D9A0EB79C641" section-type="subsequent-section"><enum>2.</enum><header>Delivery of
			 transportation security cards to individuals who reside in remote
			 locations</header>
			<subsection id="HA9AF3BFBF379432A9BEB83EFA819CC85"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In
			 general</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Section 70105(b) of
			 title 46, United States Code, is amended—</text>
				<paragraph id="H9B42022D13B64555BF3C7AF89867209F"><enum>(1)</enum><text>by inserting after
			 paragraph (2) the following new paragraph:</text>
					<quoted-block display-inline="no-display-inline" id="HE560847202744C1CA1E7C74ECC3542B6" style="OLC">
						<paragraph id="H699DBA5F6E154DC4BBAC670FC5D7B874" indent="up1"><enum>(3)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">In the case of a transportation security
				card issued under this section to an individual who resides in a location where
				the nearest transportation security card enrollment center is not accessible by
				a State or Federal road or is more than 100 miles from the location, the
				Secretary shall deliver the card to the individual by United States
				mail.</text>
						</paragraph><after-quoted-block>;
				and</after-quoted-block></quoted-block>
				</paragraph><paragraph id="H705776EE38A04AEF812167BF8DEA0960"><enum>(2)</enum><text>by redesignating
			 paragraph (6) as paragraph (4).</text>
				</paragraph></subsection><subsection id="HB5B2E4D32F1C48F7BD8C2C72E68C230C"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Application</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The amendment made by subsection (a) shall
			 apply to a transportation security card issued after the date of the enactment
			 of this Act.</text>
