		<official-title>To amend the Tsunami Warning and Education Act to direct
		  the Administrator of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration,
		  through the National Weather Service, to establish, maintain, and operate a
		  Caribbean tsunami forecast and warning center in Puerto Rico.</official-title>

		<section id="HD97489DB009343C2B54BFF90FEE6843F" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the
			 <quote><short-title>Tsunami Forecasting and Warning
			 Improvement Act of 2011</short-title></quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="H311F0C5E765645DCBC1072DDA03D1941" section-type="subsequent-section"><enum>2.</enum><header>Improvement of Tsunami
			 Forecasting and Warning Program</header>
			<subsection id="H1D42AB95A0474E7A80FAABA20D6AD70C"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In
			 general</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Section 4(d)(1) of
			 the Tsunami Warning and Education Act (33 U.S.C. 3203(d)(1)) is amended—</text>
				<paragraph id="H1C878A36E1E7481DA3EAF97EA4D82650"><enum>(1)</enum><text>in subparagraph
			 (B) by striking <quote>and</quote> after the semicolon;</text>
				</paragraph><paragraph id="H7C5220D4F7BE46DDB199A53500D04F32"><enum>(2)</enum><text>by redesignating
			 subparagraph (C) as subparagraph (D); and</text>
				</paragraph><paragraph id="HD3DA70F2DC0644FFB61831B0F8B598C3"><enum>(3)</enum><text>by inserting after
			 subparagraph (B) the following:</text>
					<quoted-block display-inline="no-display-inline" id="H9AD04B38DBB7402E8367569235A4BD7B" style="OLC">
						<subparagraph id="H41425AF990324C6D9FE3BB6AAF1C0C40"><enum>(C)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">a Caribbean Tsunami Warning Center in
				Puerto Rico;
				and</text>
						</subparagraph><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block>
				</paragraph></subsection><subsection id="HD5D4BF5FA25A4B1DA602E06582EF0632"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Effective
			 date</header><text>The amendments in subsection (a) shall apply 90 days after
			 the date of enactment of this Act.</text>
