		  Great Lakes Legacy Act of 2002 to reauthorize programs to address remediation

		<section id="S1" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short
			 title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as
			 the <quote><short-title>Contaminated Sediment Remediation
			 Reauthorization Act</short-title></quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="id0097CDEBBCBD46DB982CEE94CDD06497"><enum>2.</enum><header>Remediation of
			 sediment contamination in areas of concern</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 118(c)(12)(H) of the Federal Water
			 Pollution Control Act (33 U.S.C. 1268(c)(12)(H)) is amended by striking clause
			 (i) and inserting the following:</text>

				<clause id="ID47ffa3cff7ea4a8aad9a6c94deb6f2a7"><enum>(i)</enum><header>In
				general</header><text>In addition to other amounts authorized under this
				section, there is authorized to be appropriated to carry out this
				paragraph—</text>
					<subclause id="ID7c1fe00abb7a4502b747127aece11947"><enum>(I)</enum><text>$50,000,000 for
				each of fiscal years 2004 through 2009; and</text>
					</subclause><subclause id="ID0cc35e24ba754e918ed407d05fb42e7b"><enum>(II)</enum><text>$150,000,000 for
				each of fiscal years 2010 through
				2014.</text>
					</subclause></clause><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block>
		</section><section id="IDe8e821a0ab7a4db1869fd0cd9e48c326"><enum>3.</enum><header>Public
			 information program</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section
			 118(c)(13)(B) of the Federal Water Pollution Control Act (33 U.S.C.
			 1268(c)(13)(B)) is amended by striking <quote>2010</quote> and inserting
			 <quote>2014</quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="ID4bfa3de163714f2bb30bf93b186a4c5a"><enum>4.</enum><header>Contaminated
			 sediment remediation approaches, technologies, and techniques</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 106(b) of the Great Lakes Legacy Act
			 of 2002 (33 U.S.C. 1271a(b)) is amended by striking paragraph (1) and inserting
			 the following:</text>

				<paragraph id="IDedb7781441d2447a855cda9fce4c2bd2"><enum>(1)</enum><header>In
				general</header><text>In addition to amounts authorized under other laws, there
				are authorized to be appropriated to carry out this section—</text>
					<subparagraph id="ID6fc6d2785dc84d78bf6542197754d8c2"><enum>(A)</enum><text>$3,000,000 for
				each of fiscal years 2004 through 2009; and</text>
					</subparagraph><subparagraph id="IDad99c95368c84ecb8a365f870a4b04e5"><enum>(B)</enum><text>$5,000,000 for
				each of fiscal years 2010 through
				2014.</text>
