		<section id="ID924f5878893646dca981d05412670f4d" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Renewable biomass</header>
			<subsection id="id00202E969C174E7F9076E64A6445F496"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Sense of
			 Congress</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">It is the sense of
			 Congress that Congress should seek to establish a consistent definition for the
			 term <quote>renewable biomass</quote>.</text>
			</subsection><subsection id="idCB8BBB52DBBA4A9F8B682BA5323FA399"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Renewable
			 biomass</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Section 211(o)(1)(I)
			 of the Clean Air Act (42 U.S.C. 7545(o)(1)(I)) is amended—</text>
				<paragraph id="id9766DAA4A2114D118121EFC3202EB242"><enum>(1)</enum><text>by redesignating
			 clauses (v) through (vii) as clauses (vi) through (viii), respectively;</text>
				</paragraph><paragraph id="id5037973FB8C84E729E5A84882FFAB380"><enum>(2)</enum><text>by inserting
			 after clause (iv) the following:</text>
					<quoted-block display-inline="no-display-inline" id="idD10FC40E44924C5495FD82F9736E0553" style="OLC">
						<clause id="ID0fdb47ac6fe948a0b62a0d3c1dfc04e4"><enum>(v)</enum><text>Slash and
				precommercial sized thinnings harvested—</text>
							<subclause id="idD69BB979C3094BC38FD8CBD322DD731D"><enum>(I)</enum><text>in
				environmentally sustainable quantities, as determined by the appropriate
				Federal land manager; and</text>
							</subclause><subclause id="id9A36332E87144467946FF2FD6BDB0C38"><enum>(II)</enum><text>from National
				Forest System land or public land (as defined in section 103 of the Federal
				Land Policy and Management Act of 1976 (43 U.S.C. 1702), other than—</text>
								<item id="ID565799807d4a4c37b1d8c1e4448348d4"><enum>(aa)</enum><text>components of
				the National Wilderness Preservation System;</text>
								</item><item id="IDb00d85d9e4174df792d88835fcb99994"><enum>(bb)</enum><text>wilderness study
				areas;</text>
								</item><item id="IDaf9a619aaae3469fa70bb6b73fa461c0"><enum>(cc)</enum><text>inventoried
				roadless areas and all unroaded areas of at least 5,000 acres;</text>
								</item><item id="ID33fbb4f64317420598a611542fcacc0e"><enum>(dd)</enum><text>old growth
				stands;</text>
								</item><item id="IDab2659841b134e2d998186faa05f603e"><enum>(ee)</enum><text>components of
				the National Landscape Conservation System; and</text>
								</item><item id="ID601df3d812354c9f881c0c1340938faa"><enum>(ff)</enum><text>national
				monuments.</text>
								</item></subclause></clause><after-quoted-block>;
				and</after-quoted-block></quoted-block>
				</paragraph><paragraph id="id1489E867587944F6923A3ECDF161E04F"><enum>(3)</enum><text>by striking
			 clause (vi) (as redesignated by paragraph (1)) and inserting the
			 following:</text>
					<quoted-block display-inline="no-display-inline" id="idD1EDCCF6A2BD45058A2A6596E5F4D767" style="OLC">
						<clause id="id75B1A73986B94D8B80886FA0F1301EF2"><enum>(vi)</enum><text>Biomass obtained
				on land in any ownership from the immediate vicinity of any building, camp, or
				public infrastructure facility (including roads), at risk from
				wildfire.</text>
