		<official-title display="yes">To extend the deadline for Social Services
		  Block Grant expenditures of supplemental funds appropriated following disasters
		  occurring in 2008.</official-title>

		<section commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="id9806D65595314FB9B05EBB0C86A60772" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header display-inline="yes-display-inline">Extension of expenditure deadline of social
			 services block grant disaster funding</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Notwithstanding any other provision of law,
			 amounts made available to the Department of Health and Human Services,
			 Administration for Children and Families, under the heading <quote>Social
			 Services Block Grant</quote> under chapter 7 of division B of Public Law
			 110–329, shall remain available for expenditure through September 30,
			 2011.</text>
		</section><section commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="id02347AF9526C47BD8945622E864F5B78" section-type="subsequent-section"><enum>2.</enum><header display-inline="yes-display-inline">Budgetary Provisions</header>
			<subsection commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="id63AB181C055245229B347FFA025DBBD3"><enum>(a)</enum><header display-inline="yes-display-inline">Statutory PAYGO</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The budgetary effects of this Act, for the
			 purpose of complying with the Statutory Pay-As-You-Go Act of 2010, shall be
			 determined by reference to the latest statement titled <quote>Budgetary Effects
			 of PAYGO Legislation</quote> for this Act, submitted for printing in the
			 Congressional Record by the Chairman of the Senate Budget Committee, provided
			 that such statement has been submitted prior to the vote on passage.</text>
			</subsection><subsection commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="idA3D5359FE11C48B783C171A761BF7498"><enum>(b)</enum><header display-inline="yes-display-inline">Emergency designations</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">This Act—</text>
				<paragraph commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="id4902393F593F4B8ABD242F1D53E253E5"><enum>(1)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">is designated as an emergency requirement
			 pursuant to section 4(g) of the Statutory Pay-As-You-Go Act of 2010 (Public Law
			 111–139; 2 U.S.C. 933(g));</text>
				</paragraph><paragraph commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="idB74E7F50875F4B1EA4D921F0DD9A62E0"><enum>(2)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">in the House of Representatives, is
			 designated as an emergency for purposes of pay-as-you-go principles; and</text>
				</paragraph><paragraph commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="id885C0DD4B3A4443EA26B2BBF9DB81D13"><enum>(3)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">in the Senate, is designated as an
			 emergency requirement and necessary to meet emergency needs pursuant to section
			 403(a) of S. Con. Res. 13 (111th Congress), the concurrent resolution on the
			 budget for fiscal year 2010.</text>
				</paragraph></subsection></section></legis-body>
