		<official-title>To withdraw certain land in the State of New Mexico, and
		  for other purposes.</official-title>

		<section id="S1" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short
			 title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as
			 the <quote><short-title>Federal Law Enforcement Training
			 Center Protection Act of 2010</short-title></quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="id16DD3C21CD684698B807D70CEE7E352C"><enum>2.</enum><header>Withdrawal of
			 Federal Law Enforcement Training Center land</header>
			<subsection id="id9A1D363F3E6F4C5CB97351E2DC28C9C4"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In
			 general</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">For the purposes of
			 protecting, operating, and maintaining the Federal Law Enforcement Training
			 Center in Eddy County, New Mexico, and subject to valid existing rights, the
			 Federal land described in subsection (b) is reserved for use by the Secretary
			 of Homeland Security for the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center and
			 withdrawn from—</text>
				<paragraph id="ID4b47e982c329414590b173d8adc7e163"><enum>(1)</enum><text>entry,
			 appropriation, or disposal under the public land laws;</text>
				</paragraph><paragraph id="ID7e066dd948f44aaa942d74a9a5026fac"><enum>(2)</enum><text>location, entry,
			 and patent under the mining laws; and</text>
				</paragraph><paragraph id="IDc82374b4b8394a0aab5919b5f3db92ae"><enum>(3)</enum><text>operation of the
			 mineral leasing, mineral materials, and geothermal leasing laws.</text>
				</paragraph></subsection><subsection id="id689BEDE9DEB94CFBA132AA1276496A40"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Description of
			 land</header><text>The Federal land referred to in subsection (a) is the
			 approximately 2,700 acres of Federal land generally depicted as the
			 <quote>Withdrawal Area</quote> on the map entitled <quote>FLETC Land
			 Withdrawal</quote> and dated May 4, 2010.</text>
			</subsection><subsection id="IDadcd457c7d344842accb763d4bd87fac"><enum>(c)</enum><header>Withdrawal
			 period</header><text>The withdrawal of the Federal land described in subsection
			 (b) shall remain in effect for a period of 20 years beginning on the date of
			 enactment of this Act.</text>
