		<official-title>To direct the Federal Trade Commission to promulgate
		  rules prohibiting deceptive advertising of abortion services, and for other
		  purposes.</official-title>

		<section id="HA5A5A4E90F9E4715BC455BEEC561AECD" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the
			 <quote><short-title>Stop Deceptive Advertising for Women’s
			 Services Act of 2010</short-title></quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="H39F7DD8A02A04CB1A64DC9369051BAA8"><enum>2.</enum><header>Prohibition on
			 deceptive advertising of abortion services</header>
			<subsection id="H6AA7657F8DCA4BB3873B2B57674BACB3"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Conduct
			 prohibited</header><text>Not later than 180 days after the date of the
			 enactment of this Act, the Federal Trade Commission shall promulgate rules to
			 prohibit, as an unfair and deceptive act or practice, any person from
			 advertising with the intent to deceptively create the impression that such
			 person is a provider of abortion services if such person does not provide
			 abortion services.</text>
			</subsection><subsection id="HC5DEE048A5D847B795FAA726BD5B4A31"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Enforcement</header><text>The
			 Federal Trade Commission shall enforce the rules promulgated under subsection
			 (a) as if a violation of such rules were a violation of section 5(a)(1) of the
			 Federal Trade Commission Act (15 U.S.C. 45(a)(1)). The Commission shall enforce
			 such rules in the same manner and by the same means, powers, and duties as
			 though all applicable terms and provisions of the Federal Trade Commission Act
			 (15 U.S.C. 41 et seq.) were incorporated into and made a part of this
			 section.</text>
			</subsection><subsection id="H85A54143D2CC482ABF2F926832CC7108"><enum>(c)</enum><header>Definitions</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">In this section:</text>
				<paragraph id="H8881D63BECFB4817B5AB4C9AEB792DBD"><enum>(1)</enum><header>Abortion
			 services</header><text>The term <term>abortion services</term> means providing
			 surgical and non-surgical procedures to terminate a pregnancy, or providing
			 referrals for such procedures.</text>
				</paragraph><paragraph id="HF8B9412CC6794F34B093AC5609943A15"><enum>(2)</enum><header>Advertise</header><text>The
			 term <term>advertise</term> means offering of goods or services to the public,
			 regardless of whether such goods or services are offered for payment or result
			 in a profit.</text>
				</paragraph><paragraph id="H2B89ABB2C94C4502BD4BAC5495D9C660"><enum>(3)</enum><header>Person</header><text>The
			 term <term>person</term> has the meaning given such term in section 551 of
			 title 5, United States Code.</text>
