		<official-title display="yes">To authorize the Secretary of the Interior
		  to enter into a cooperative agreement for a park headquarters at San Antonio
		  Missions National Historical Park, to expand the boundary of the Park, to
		  conduct a study of potential land acquisitions, and for other
		  purposes.</official-title>

		<section id="H90163B85CE3345F1BAE375B34B6829EE" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the
			 <quote><short-title>San Antonio Missions National
			 Historical Park Boundary Expansion Act of 2010</short-title></quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="H6A4E11131338412A805DE8065A39B171"><enum>2.</enum><header>Park headquarters
			 lease and boundary study</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 201 of Public Law 95–629 (16 U.S.C.
			 410ee) is amended—</text>
			<paragraph id="H18E9FDF8721E481E9A2D147C2D81083C"><enum>(1)</enum><text>by redesignating
			 subsections (b), (c), (d), (e), and (f) as subsections (c), (e), (f), (g), and
			 (h) respectively;</text>
			</paragraph><paragraph id="H41A51E520392417CBA3D15595326CC78"><enum>(2)</enum><text>by inserting after
			 subsection (a) the following new subsection:</text>
				<quoted-block id="HC984EC90F7194DE7A5120B9887062634" style="OLC">
					<subsection id="H3C4DCEB87A924AE0895B32CD7DAE940D"><enum>(b)</enum><paragraph commented="no" display-inline="yes-display-inline" id="HBA6FD2AACE4540738E4054FDC9858DC6"><enum>(1)</enum><text>The Secretary shall
				conduct a study of lands within Bexar and Wilson Counties, Texas, to identify
				lands that would be suitable for inclusion within the boundaries of the park.
				In conducting the study, the Secretary shall examine the natural, cultural,
				recreational, and scenic values and characteristics of lands within Bexar and
				Wilson Counties.</text>
						</paragraph><paragraph id="H9AB6A5369B5F4C74B97646E1F3032895" indent="up1"><enum>(2)</enum><text>Not later than 3 years after the date
				funds are made available for the study under paragraph (1), the Secretary shall
				submit to the Committee on Natural Resources of the House of Representatives
				and the Committee on Energy and Natural Resources of the Senate a report on the
				findings, conclusions, and recommendations of the
				study.</text>
						</paragraph></subsection><after-quoted-block>;
				and</after-quoted-block></quoted-block>
			</paragraph><paragraph id="H237F06E68E474C92BAF1E45411C0982B"><enum>(3)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">by inserting after subsection (c) (as so
			 redesignated) the following new subsection:</text>
				<quoted-block display-inline="no-display-inline" id="H41F03BC2D9BE49BEADDC2AF4270655E1" style="OLC">
					<subsection id="HBC1B21262C1247B495D9C062DA1B8415"><enum>(d)</enum><paragraph commented="no" display-inline="yes-display-inline" id="H49F48DB91E2E436EA71E1729EDDC9A78"><enum>(1)</enum><text>The Secretary may enter
				into a cooperative agreement with the City of San Antonio or its designee, for
				operation of a facility outside the boundary of the park that would provide
				visitor facilities and office space for a headquarters and operational support
				for the park.</text>
						</paragraph><paragraph id="H55A0B878FEBC4D339DFA3B4EB7803917" indent="up1"><enum>(2)</enum><text>The Secretary may plan, design,
				construct, and install in the facilities described in the cooperative agreement
				exhibits related to the resources at the park.</text>
						</paragraph><paragraph id="H5FBF9C57A1484AA88837B666CD0234D1" indent="up1"><enum>(3)</enum><text>The Secretary may assign park
				employees to provide interpretive services, including visitor information and
				education, at facilities outside the boundary of the
				park.</text>
						</paragraph></subsection><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block>
			</paragraph></section><section id="HBDB3A048729B4CBC9CB660A6AA651CBD"><enum>3.</enum><header>Boundary
			 expansion</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 201(a) of
			 Public Law 95–629 (16 U.S.C. 410ee(a)) is amended as follows:</text>
			<paragraph id="H2502836104BF40C8BF7B5BB72F7862A4"><enum>(1)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">By striking <quote>In order</quote> and
			 inserting the following: <quote>(1) In order</quote>.</text>
			</paragraph><paragraph id="H00E428282AE7455A859B4E815465C158"><enum>(2)</enum><text>By striking
			 <quote>The park shall also</quote> and inserting the following:</text>
				<quoted-block display-inline="no-display-inline" id="H5700E8563BAE4907A898CC1DEFC6B49F" style="OLC">
					<paragraph id="H20B52CF466634140BCE0C02D01E26635" indent="up1"><enum>(2)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The park shall
				also</text>
					</paragraph><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block>
			</paragraph><paragraph id="H7584EDE6E5424DBDA11A8736001AD961"><enum>(3)</enum><text>By striking
			 <quote>After advising the</quote> and inserting the following:</text>

					<paragraph id="H266B35F41B4D4079A0FFB3CCFE201C85" indent="up1"><enum>(4)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">After advising
				the</text>
					</paragraph><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block>
			</paragraph><paragraph id="H379A013D89364358817C571039E1E1C8"><enum>(4)</enum><text>By inserting after
			 paragraph (2) (as so designated by paragraph (2) above) the following:</text>
				<quoted-block id="H8996B12364F14EB3A3DF9F3D0F412AE1" style="OLC">
					<paragraph id="HFD854A5BE0C34C0EA917F16E106A5A86" indent="up1"><enum>(3)</enum><text>The boundary of the park is further
				modified to include approximately 151 acres, as depicted on the map titled
				<quote>San Antonio Missions National Historical Park Proposed Boundary Addition
				2009</quote>, numbered 472/468,027, and dated November 2009. The map shall be
				on file and available for inspection in the appropriate offices of the National
				Park Service, U.S. Department of the Interior. The Secretary of the Interior
				may not use condemnation authority to acquire any lands or interests in lands
				under this
				Act.</text>
