		<section commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="S1" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header display-inline="yes-display-inline">Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the
			 <quote><short-title>American Job Protection
			 Act</short-title></quote>.</text>
		</section><section commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="id291DF9E21A194CF084CE4EC7F2141638" section-type="subsequent-section"><enum>2.</enum><header display-inline="yes-display-inline">Protect job creation</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Sections 1513 and 1514 and subsections (e),
			 (f), and (g) of section 10106 of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act
			 (and the amendments made by such sections and subsections) are repealed and the
			 Internal Revenue Code of 1986 shall be applied and administered as if such
			 provisions and amendments had never been enacted.</text>
