		<section id="idD540AA4794D94774805FE09ED9712F11" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the
			 <quote><short-title>Children of Fallen Warriors AMT Relief
			 Act</short-title></quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="idF5D4AB29A4E24781B023ECEC7D4FE606" section-type="subsequent-section"><enum>2.</enum><header>Exemption for survivor
			 benefit annuity plan payments from the individual alternative minimum
			 tax</header>
			<subsection id="id349A238384444EBEABB74B07E507CC00"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In
			 general</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Section 59(j)(1) of
			 the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 is amended by adding at the end the following
			 new flush sentence:</text>
				<quoted-block display-inline="no-display-inline" id="idD412F890D4024E158309216E7DC30537" style="OLC">
					<quoted-block-continuation-text quoted-block-continuation-text-level="paragraph">Solely for
				purposes of this subsection, any annuity paid under the Survivor Benefit Plan
				under subchapter II of chapter 73 of title 10, United States Code, shall be
				considered earned income of such
				child.</quoted-block-continuation-text><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block>
			</subsection><subsection id="id1D4DCF0BDC144812B6CD20D11522C198"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Effective
			 date</header><text>The amendment made by this section shall apply to taxable
			 years beginning after the date of the enactment of this Act.</text>
