		<official-title>To require a study to determine the feasibility of
		  mitigating damages relating to Federal navigation work conducted at Oklahoma
		  Beach in the State of New York. </official-title>

		<section id="S1" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Study
			 on prevention or mitigation of shore damage caused by Federal navigation work
			 at Oklahoma Beach</header>
			<subsection id="id4601AE1949D24BF99B6314BD652F7FE6"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Definitions</header><text>In
			 this section:</text>
				<paragraph id="id8DDB86F7471D4D00B9DD870863698C2E"><enum>(1)</enum><header>Project</header><text>The
			 term <term>project</term> means the Federal navigation project—</text>
					<subparagraph id="id904FD152EA954E9A8010AD9CB538B4C8"><enum>(A)</enum><text>to be carried out
			 by the Secretary at Irondequoit Bay in the State of New York; and</text>
					</subparagraph><subparagraph id="id6DDBF287C5F54496AA434115B98F33E0"><enum>(B)</enum><text>authorized under
			 section 101 of the River and Harbor Act of 1958 (Public Law 85–500; 72 Stat.
			 299).</text>
					</subparagraph></paragraph><paragraph id="idCF0ED95C0C5D48FFA651D5FFC1A999D2"><enum>(2)</enum><header>Secretary</header><text>The
			 term <term>Secretary</term> means the Secretary of the Army, acting through the
			 Chief of Engineers.</text>
				</paragraph></subsection><subsection id="idBBDCB6A01C7147F593BBA19A16CBEF72"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Study</header><text>The
			 Secretary shall investigate and study the feasibility of implementing
			 structural and nonstructural measures for the prevention or mitigation of shore
			 damage at Oklahoma Beach in the State of New York attributable to the
			 project.</text>
			</subsection><subsection id="id1173EA6CA2104CA19C9478313452CC17"><enum>(c)</enum><header>Cost
			 sharing</header><text>The Federal share of the cost of the study described in
			 subsection (b) shall be 100 percent.</text>
