		<section id="S1" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short
			 title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as
			 the <quote><short-title>Reevaluate and Redirect the
			 Stimulus Act of 2010</short-title></quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="idFA2FAAF3CD9C45D38F8FF9F760E9F7D7"><enum>2.</enum><header>OMB
			 certification</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Not later 15
			 days after the date of enactment of this Act, the Director of the Office of
			 Management and Budget (referred to in this Act as the <quote>Director</quote>)
			 shall provide to Congress—</text>
			<paragraph id="id66210993B0564F528B753844266F914B"><enum>(1)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">a list of programs that have unobligated
			 stimulus funds provided under the American Reinvestment and Recovery Act of
			 2009 and the amounts that are unobligated; and</text>
			</paragraph><paragraph id="idDD1F43F630E84AFBAD4AC1753185D1DD"><enum>(2)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">a list of stimulus funds that remain
			 unobligated that the Director recommends be redirected toward more effective
			 programs to either assist displaced workers or spur job creation in 2010 with a
			 breakdown of the amounts of unobligated funds that could be reprogrammed by
			 program.</text>
