			 depreciation rules for property on Indian reservations</header>
			<subsection id="idBC7622A388D44218852DA74DD6242295"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In
			 general</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Subsection (j) of
			 section 168 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 (relating to property on
			 Indian reservations) is amended by striking paragraph (8).</text>
			</subsection><subsection commented="no" display-inline="no-display-inline" id="H4FDDA3123206407A9887F5B2F79CAEDB"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Effective
			 date</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The amendment made by
			 this section shall apply to property placed in service after December 31,
			 2007.</text>
