(a)

In general

Heading 9902.01.51 of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States is amended— (1)by striking the article description and inserting Products containing Iprodione (3-(3,5-dicholorophenyl)-N-(1-methylethyl)-2,4-dioxo-1-imidazolidinecarboxamide) (CAS No. 36734–19–7) and application adjuvants (provided for in subheading 3808.92.15); (2)by striking 2% and inserting 2.4%; and (3)by striking the date in the effective period column and inserting 12/31/2011. Effective date

The amendment made by subsection (a) applies with respect to goods entered, or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption, on or after January 1, 2010.
