		<section id="ID43C2B5A23CFE4B308FD3CC6085D3BAB5" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Certain manufacturing
			 equipment used for working iron or steel</header>
			<subsection id="ID2C457D22F69B465CB4155403B1868DE4"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In
			 general</header><text>Heading 9902.84.83 of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of
			 the United States (relating to certain manufacturing equipment used for working
			 iron or steel) is amended by striking the date in the effective column period
			 and inserting <quote>12/31/2011</quote>.</text>
			</subsection><subsection id="ID1B47577F6E2146E784C7477B8B0C3331"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Effective
			 date</header><text>The amendment made by subsection (a) applies to goods
			 entered, or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption, on or after the 15th day
			 after the date of the enactment of this Act.</text>
