			 any manner beyond the degreased or carbonized condition</header>
			<subsection id="IDd3d2e5fe60634503a867125540f76c7c"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In
			 general</header><text>Heading 9902.12.24 of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of
			 the United States (relating to camel hair, not processed in any manner beyond
			 the degreased or carbonized condition) is amended by striking
			 <quote>12/31/2009</quote> and inserting <quote>12/31/2011</quote>.</text>
			</subsection><subsection id="IDffc844809a8f43cf93a4dd1700153648"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Effective
			 date</header><text>The amendment made by subsection (a) applies to goods
			 entered, or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption, on or after the 15th day
			 after the date of enactment of this Act.</text>
