			 title</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">This Act may be cited
			 as the <quote><short-title>Adams National Historical Park
			 Boundary Addition Act of 2009</short-title></quote>.</text>
			</subsection><subsection id="HA6CF3699962C4879832F59B6A6AF3E19"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Finding</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The Quincy Homestead has been designated a
			 National Historic Landmark.</text>
			</subsection></section><section id="H64A3B58F882B4F26A8BDD84B70CE00EB"><enum>2.</enum><header>Addition to Adams
			 National Historical Park</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 4(b) of the Adams National
			 Historical Park Act of 1998 (16 U.S.C. 410eee–2(b)) is amended—</text>
			<paragraph display-inline="no-display-inline" id="H813BD7593AF04D84B88D70B8D5AC4FE6"><enum>(1)</enum><text>by redesignating
			 paragraph (2) as paragraph (3); and</text>
			</paragraph><paragraph id="H5DD3C25622974986004B0024FEBDFF0"><enum>(2)</enum><text>by
			 adding after paragraph (1) the following new paragraph:</text>

					<paragraph id="H66FC112063894ABEA0B31422849E988B"><enum>(2)</enum><text>The property at 34
				Butler Road in Quincy, Massachusetts, known as the Quincy Homestead and
				carriage shed, consisting of approximately 1.8 acres, as generally depicted on
				the map entitled <quote>Boundary Addition Adams National Historical
				Park</quote>, numbered N.E.R.R.D. 386/80,001, and dated August,
				2003.</text>
