		  National Wild and Scenic Rivers System, and for other

		<section id="id31D1572AA5F94892AD47F671D42BC47B" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the
			 <quote><short-title>Molalla River Wild and Scenic Rivers
			 Act</short-title></quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="id6ECAD32A7A2D45B08984210A5027A8B1"><enum>2.</enum><header>Designation of
			 wild and scenic river segments, Molalla River, Oregon</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 3(a) of the Wild and Scenic Rivers
			 Act (16 U.S.C. 1274(a)) is amended by adding at the end the following:</text>

				<paragraph id="H03C8367494B844E781AE52361416D237"><enum>(208)</enum><header>Molalla river,
				Oregon</header>
					<subparagraph id="idDD6AEF21E30C4E9785167F68888D6A5E"><enum>(A)</enum><header>In
				general</header><text>The following segments in the State of Oregon, to be
				administered by the Secretary of the Interior as a recreational river:</text>
						<clause id="id8BF67B70595A42908707F597A1E69FC6"><enum>(i)</enum><header>Molalla
				river</header><text>The approximately 15.1-mile segment from the southern
				boundary line of T. 7 S., R. 4 E., sec. 19, downstream to the edge of the
				Bureau of Land Management boundary in T. 6 S., R. 3 E., sec. 7.</text>
						</clause><clause id="idA6E8057D8EA94DEC8045A64E81E855BD"><enum>(ii)</enum><header>Table Rock
				Fork Molalla River</header><text>The approximately 6.2-mile segment from the
				easternmost Bureau of Land Management boundary line in the
				NE<fraction>1/4</fraction> sec. 4, T. 7 S., R. 4 E., downstream to the
				confluence with the Molalla River.</text>
						</clause></subparagraph><subparagraph id="id40E410A769CA46009215471D33CFA708"><enum>(B)</enum><header>Withdrawal</header><text>Subject
				to valid existing rights, the Federal land within the boundaries of the river
				segments designated by subparagraph (A) is withdrawn from all forms of—</text>
						<clause id="idA7954593D9624D43872474269B8F1B99"><enum>(i)</enum><text>entry,
				appropriation, or disposal under the public land laws;</text>
						</clause><clause id="idC1819DF08F414C848A2FDCE79719545B"><enum>(ii)</enum><text>location, entry,
				and patent under the mining laws; and</text>
						</clause><clause id="id9D9C499D87244B94942467B2C24FFCF4"><enum>(iii)</enum><text>disposition
				under all laws relating to mineral and geothermal leasing or
				<deleted-phrase committee-id="SSEG00" reported-display-style="strikethrough">mineral
				materials.</deleted-phrase></text>
						</clause></subparagraph><subparagraph changed="deleted" id="id1571C4DB7EAA410F9A595DE9DB6EB172" reported-display-style="strikethrough"><enum>(C)</enum><header>Effect of
				designation</header>
						<clause changed="deleted" id="id132F6AE0AF1E49E98C5AD9B7D172EAA6" reported-display-style="strikethrough"><enum>(i)</enum><header>In
				general</header><text>The designation of the river segments under this
				paragraph shall not affect valid existing rights (including rights-of-way and
				easements) in, through, and to the land designated as part of the Wild and
				Scenic River System under this paragraph.</text>
						</clause><clause changed="not-changed" id="idDDB22C743B4040248B1A333E96665AE1"><enum><deleted-phrase reported-display-style="strikethrough">(ii)</deleted-phrase></enum><header><deleted-phrase reported-display-style="strikethrough">Private
				land</deleted-phrase></header><text><deleted-phrase reported-display-style="strikethrough">Nothing in this paragraph requires
				management of private land within the basins of the river segments designated
				under this paragraph in a manner different than that required under State law,
				including Chapter 527 of the Oregon Revised
				Statutes.”.</deleted-phrase><added-phrase reported-display-style="italic">

						</clause></subparagraph></paragraph><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block>
		</section><section changed="added" committee-id="SSEG00" id="id017B91F83348483E8BB7CB29ED9CCAA2" reported-display-style="italic"><enum>3.</enum><header>Technical
			 corrections</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 3(a)(102)
			 of the Wild and Scenic Rivers Act (16 U.S.C. 1274(a)(102)) is amended—</text>
			<paragraph id="id5626FAEDEC3B4CAC940B7B6E4FA5503B"><enum>(1)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">in the heading, by striking
			 <quote><header-in-text level="paragraph" style="OLC">Squaw
			 Creek</header-in-text></quote> and inserting <quote><header-in-text level="paragraph" style="OLC">Whychus Creek</header-in-text></quote>;</text>
			</paragraph><paragraph id="IDeb964b0001de4431815e2d0946664a93"><enum>(2)</enum><text>in the matter preceding
			 subparagraph (A), by striking <quote>McAllister Ditch, including the Soap Fork
			 Squaw Creek, the North Fork, the South Fork, the East and West Forks of Park
			 Creek, and Park Creek Fork</quote> and inserting <quote>Plainview Ditch,
			 including the Soap Creek, the North and South Forks of Whychus Creek, the East
			 and West Forks of Park Creek, and Park Creek</quote>; and</text>
			</paragraph><paragraph id="idC8C809FC3F1C4540A48E0F666798A0FC"><enum>(3)</enum><text>in subparagraph (B), by
			 striking <quote>McAllister Ditch</quote> and inserting <quote>Plainview
			 Ditch</quote>.</text>
