		<official-title>To establish a minimum funding level for programs under
		  the Victims of Crime Act of 1984 for fiscal years 2010 to 2014 that ensures a
		  reasonable growth in victim programs without jeopardizing the long-term
		  sustainability of the Crime Victims Fund.</official-title>

		<section id="S1" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short
			 title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as
			 the <quote><short-title>Crime Victims Fund Preservation
			 Act of 2009</short-title></quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="id8F66188D0087424D957DD6357245DFFC"><enum>2.</enum><header>Crime victims
			 fund</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 1402(c) of the
			 Victims of Crime Act of 1984 (42 U.S.C. 10601(c)) is amended—</text>
			<paragraph id="id44DE32C743A14ADABFA2B84CC57EDCB6"><enum>(1)</enum><text>by inserting
			 <quote>(1)</quote> after <quote>(c)</quote>; and</text>
			</paragraph><paragraph id="id08B36122901B4A4CB00470DD9AD3B4EB"><enum>(2)</enum><text>by adding at the
			 end the following:</text>
				<quoted-block display-inline="no-display-inline" id="id96AAB8A5567943E6A36F89D115760728" style="OLC">
					<paragraph id="id06F92DFDC069446EA5751DDB3FA91144" indent="up1"><enum>(2)</enum><text>The amount made available from the
				Fund for the purposes of paragraphs (2), (3), and (4) of subsection (d) shall
				be not less than—</text>
						<subparagraph id="ID47d7de167e6c4a06b5fc9b36b30431f4"><enum>(A)</enum><text>$705,000,000 for fiscal year
				2010;</text>
						</subparagraph><subparagraph id="ID06f3ecf1de894b5983f00acda238236c"><enum>(B)</enum><text>$867,150,000 for fiscal year
				2011;</text>
						</subparagraph><subparagraph id="ID4dbbd3b3c4c14a4fa5f2c21745674faa"><enum>(C)</enum><text>$1,066,594,500 for fiscal year
				2012;</text>
						</subparagraph><subparagraph id="ID6f7dd804b33c41119a49fb47141e1c5f"><enum>(D)</enum><text>$1,311,911,235 for fiscal year 2013;
				and</text>
						</subparagraph><subparagraph id="ID497f5305802f4bb3b76ebb6857731456"><enum>(E)</enum><text>$1,613,650,819 for fiscal year
				2014.</text>
