<official-title display="yes">Requesting that the President transmit to the House of Representatives all information in his possession relating to specific communications with Chrysler LLC (<quote>Chrysler</quote>).</official-title>

<section display-inline="yes-display-inline" id="HB0ED37ED0BEB4AC5B88D848BA78F9E49" section-type="undesignated-section"><enum></enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">That the House of Representatives requests the President to transmit to the House of Representatives, not later than 14 days after the date of the adoption of this resolution, copies of any portions of all documents, records, and communications in his possession referring or relating to scheduled plant closings of Chrysler LLC (hereafter in this resolution referred to as <quote>Chrysler</quote>)—</text> 
<paragraph id="H91728C1933A84D03B391FD9D687BF8EE"><enum>(1)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">that were discussed as part of the required February 17, 2009, Chrysler viability determination filing;</text> </paragraph>
<paragraph id="H3DC4302AD701405B994D00297B109444"><enum>(2)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">that were identified in the March 30, 2009, announcement by the Administration;</text> </paragraph>
<paragraph id="H16F1E94E75944F8DA4C3B40735717C01"><enum>(3)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">that were prepared for the 11:30 a.m. conference call on April 30, 2009, between members of the President’s Auto Task Force (hereafter in this resolution referred to as the <quote>Task Force</quote>) and Members of Congress, including transcripts;</text> </paragraph>
<paragraph id="H07EE536FF79345D7AEAF94F974EF56D0"><enum>(4)</enum><text>revealing the President’s knowledge regarding such plant closings prior to March 30, 2009;</text> </paragraph>
<paragraph id="HEAC118A7A2FA4BA0843BF2D59B347633"><enum>(5)</enum><text>included in Chrysler’s April 30, 2009, bankruptcy filing in New York;</text> </paragraph>
<paragraph id="H7F435BB68C844280A88610C2A6C7E36F"><enum>(6)</enum><text>that identifies who was aware of such plant closings that would be announced prior to April 30, 2009, among the Administration, Chrysler, the Task Force, and the International Union, United Automobile, Aerospace and Agricultural Implement Workers of America (also referred to as the <quote>UAW</quote>); and</text> </paragraph>
<paragraph id="H8FE55B8A27D2441698A644E529A467E7"><enum>(7)</enum><text>the interaction and procedures for identifying the 789 Chrysler dealerships in the United States scheduled for closure, as announced on May 14, 2009.</text> </paragraph></section>
