		<legis-type>RESOLUTION</legis-type>
		<official-title display="yes">Requiring the posting of information on the
		  disbursements made during each session of Congress from the Members’
		  Representational Allowance on official public Internet sites of the House of
		  Representatives, and for other purposes.</official-title>

		<section id="H1CE39CA53A81499E8414508105DF5B5A" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This resolution may be cited as the
			 <quote>Holding Congress Accountable Resolution of 2010</quote>.</text>
		</section><section display-inline="no-display-inline" id="H225A1BD445FA4CCDB8C9B0D0CE398B5A" section-type="subsequent-section"><enum>2.</enum><header>Online posting of
			 disbursements from members’ representational allowance</header>
			<subsection id="HDC156E773D844F59A7E047B0C7C3F660"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Requiring
			 Posting</header>
				<paragraph id="H76E7C72ABA6B422EB787FE5360CE5761"><enum>(1)</enum><header>In
			 general</header><text>With respect to each session of a Congress—</text>
					<subparagraph id="H27564B28D65C4AF8861ADB2644153EC9"><enum>(A)</enum><text>the Chief
			 Administrative Officer of the House of Representatives shall post on the
			 official public Internet site of the House of Representatives a statement
			 showing each disbursement made from the Members’ Representational Allowance
			 during that session, and include as part of the statement hyperlinks to
			 information on the amount of such disbursements which are attributable to each
			 specific Member of the House of Representatives; and</text>
					</subparagraph><subparagraph id="H5F4D6F0508E648329118A68B50227931"><enum>(B)</enum><text>except as provided
			 in paragraph (2), each Member of the House of Representatives shall include on
			 the Member’s official public Internet site a hyperlink to the information
			 provided on the House of Representatives site under subparagraph (A) with
			 respect to the disbursements made by the Member.</text>
					</subparagraph></paragraph><paragraph id="HFE498E4B5F4942B5AC4F9BC608CA0AA7"><enum>(2)</enum><header>Exception for
			 former Members</header><text>Paragraph (1)(B) does not apply to any individual
			 who is not a Member of the House of Representatives at the time the Chief
			 Administrative Officer posts the statement described in paragraph
			 (1)(A).</text>
				</paragraph></subsection><subsection id="H8EB785DA1CAF4644B61FCFCA84336EBF"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Source of
			 Information</header><text>The information provided on the House of
			 Representatives site under subsection (a)(1) shall be based on the reports of
			 disbursements for the operations of the House of Representatives which are
			 submitted by the Chief Administrative Officer under section 106 of the House of
			 Representatives Administrative Reform Technical Corrections Act (2 U.S.C.
			 104b).</text>
			</subsection><subsection id="HED7810E398074015852B0EA7E02D4FAE"><enum>(c)</enum><header>Deadlines</header>
				<paragraph id="H1DFC214609CF4B8AAE8F207142EE2EA4"><enum>(1)</enum><header>Chief
			 Administrative Officer</header><text>The Chief Administrative Officer shall
			 post the information required under subsection (a)(1) with respect to a session
			 of Congress not later than 30 days after the publication of the final report of
			 disbursements for the operations of the House of Representatives (as described
			 in subsection (b)) for that session, except that the Chief Administrative
			 Officer shall post the information with respect to the first session of the One
			 Hundred Eleventh Congress not later than 30 days after the date of the adoption
			 of this resolution.</text>
				</paragraph><paragraph id="HF757B95C965C4117A307A6EA81199785"><enum>(2)</enum><header>Members</header><text>Each
			 Member of the House of Representatives shall meet the requirements of
			 subsection (a)(2) not later than 5 days after the Chief Administrative Officer
			 posts the information required under subsection (a)(1) with respect to a
			 session of Congress.</text>
				</paragraph></subsection><subsection id="H383B81884A1A4625A7BBC11317B84705"><enum>(d)</enum><header>Member
			 Defined</header><text>In this section, a <quote>Member of the House of
			 Representatives</quote> includes a Delegate or Resident Commissioner to the
			 Congress.</text>
