		<legis-type>RESOLUTION</legis-type>
		<official-title display="yes">Providing for consideration of the bill
		  (H.R. 847) to amend the Public Health Service Act to extend and improve
		  protections and services to individuals directly impacted by the terrorist
		  attack in New York City on September 11, 2001, and for other purposes;
		  providing for consideration of the bill (H.R. 2378) to amend title VII of the
		  Tariff Act of 1930 to clarify that fundamental exchange-rate misalignment by
		  any foreign nation is actionable under United States countervailing and
		  antidumping duty laws, and for other purposes; and providing for consideration
		  of the Senate amendment to the bill (H.R. 2701) to authorize appropriations for
		  fiscal year 2010 for intelligence and intelligence-related activities of the
		  United States Government, the Community Management Account, and the Central
		  Intelligence Agency Retirement and Disability System, and for other
		  purposes.</official-title>

		<section display-inline="yes-display-inline" id="HD407BCCB6CFB4F97B5A5F73BEFA9C36E" section-type="undesignated-section"><enum></enum><text>That upon the adoption of this
			 resolution it shall be in order to consider in the House the bill (H.R. 847) to
			 amend the Public Health Service Act to extend and improve protections and
			 services to individuals directly impacted by the terrorist attack in New York
			 City on September 11, 2001, and for other purposes. All points of order against
			 consideration of the bill are waived except those arising under clause 9 or 10
			 of rule XXI. In lieu of the amendments recommended by the Committees on Energy
			 and Commerce and the Judiciary now printed in the bill, the amendment in the
			 nature of a substitute printed in the report of the Committee on Rules
			 accompanying this resolution shall be considered as adopted. The bill, as
			 amended, shall be considered as read. All points of order against provisions in
			 the bill, as amended, are waived. The previous question shall be considered as
			 ordered on the bill, as amended, to final passage without intervening motion
			 except: (1) one hour of debate, with 30 minutes equally divided and controlled
			 by the chair and ranking minority member of the Committee on Energy and
			 Commerce, 20 minutes equally divided and controlled by the chair and ranking
			 minority member of the Committee on the Judiciary, and 10 minutes equally
			 divided and controlled by the chair and ranking minority member of the
			 Committee on Ways and Means; and (2) one motion to recommit with or without
			 instructions.</text>
		</section><section id="H49F9C381B3114B928DAD6F87D7CC7068"><enum>2.</enum><text>Upon
			 the adoption of this resolution it shall be in order to consider in the House
			 the bill (H.R. 2378) to amend title VII of the Tariff Act of 1930 to clarify
			 that fundamental exchange-rate misalignment by any foreign nation is actionable
			 under United States countervailing and antidumping duty laws, and for other
			 purposes. All points of order against consideration of the bill are waived
			 except those arising under clause 9 or 10 of rule XXI. The amendment in the
			 nature of a substitute recommended by the Committee on Ways and Means now
			 printed in the bill shall be considered as adopted. The bill, as amended, shall
			 be considered as read. All points of order against provisions in the bill, as

			 one hour of debate equally divided and controlled by the chair and ranking
			 minority member of the Committee on Ways and Means; and (2) one motion to

		</section><section id="H5B071E3A80B145ACA3B792B1705D05B4"><enum>3.</enum><text>Upon
			 adoption of this resolution, it shall be in order to take from the Speaker's
			 table the bill (H.R. 2701) to authorize appropriations for fiscal year 2010 for
			 intelligence and intelligence-related activities of the United States
			 Government, the Community Management Account, and the Central Intelligence
			 Agency Retirement and Disability System, and for other purposes, with the
			 Senate amendment thereto, and to consider in the House, without intervention of
			 any point of order except those arising under clause 10 of rule XXI, a motion
			 offered by the chair of the Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence or his
			 designee that the House concur in the Senate amendment. The Senate amendment
			 and the motion shall be considered as read. The motion shall be debatable for
			 one hour equally divided and controlled by the chair and ranking minority
			 member of the Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence. The previous question
			 shall be considered as ordered on the motion to final adoption without
			 intervening motion.</text>
