		<official-title>To prohibit the use of funds to transfer enemy combatants
		  detained by the United States at Naval Station, Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, to any
		  facility in Oklahoma, or to construct any facility for such enemy combatants in

		<section id="HA2FA747FD36F4A7E83582B36E2068F00" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Prohibition on use of funds
			 to transfer individuals detained at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, to any facility in
			 Oklahoma, or to construct any facility for such individuals in
			 Oklahoma</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">None of the funds
			 appropriated or otherwise made available to any Federal department or agency
			 may be used—</text>
			<paragraph id="HEDF6FDD09BFA4ED2931496F4191B7891"><enum>(1)</enum><text>to transfer any
			 enemy combatant detained by the United States at Naval Station, Guantanamo Bay,
			 Cuba, to any facility in Oklahoma; or</text>
			</paragraph><paragraph id="HF4270D2176C140EAB24700D25397A771"><enum>(2)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">to build, modify, or enhance any facility
			 in Oklahoma for the purpose of housing any such enemy combatant.</text>
