		<section id="H588D4A3DA4BA4031BF583A859D2E3D4F" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the
			 <quote><short-title>Access to Criminal History Records for
			 State Sentencing Commissions Act of 2010</short-title></quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="HB1CB7802E9234DC896129A5DE42401F9" section-type="subsequent-section"><enum>2.</enum><header>Attorney General to
			 share criminal records with State sentencing commissions</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline"><external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/28/534">Section 534(a)</external-xref> of
			 title 28, United States Code, is amended by inserting after <quote>, the
			 States</quote> the following: <quote>, including State sentencing
			 commissions</quote>.</text>
