			 <quote><short-title>Access to Criminal History Records for
			 State Sentencing Commissions Act of 2010</short-title></quote>.</text>

			 share criminal records with State sentencing commissions</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 534(a) of title 28, United States
			 Code, is amended by inserting after <quote>, the States</quote> the following:
			 <quote>, including State sentencing commissions</quote>.</text>
