		<section id="H2B8074C431B947C38B1362E1FD8A6ECB" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the
			 <quote><short-title>Social Security Death Benefit Increase Act of
			 2010</short-title></quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="H7F581213C7E24930866A0D23AF4C28D5"><enum>2.</enum><header>Increase in
			 Lump–Sum Death Payments</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 202(i) of the Social Security Act
			 (42 U.S.C. 402(i)) is amended by striking <quote>$255</quote> and inserting
			 <quote>$332</quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="HCC64A705401F4050AC2C27969525C8E2"><enum>3.</enum><header>Effective
			 date</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">The amendment made by
			 this Act shall apply with respect to deaths occurring no earlier than 30 days
			 after the date of the enactment of this Act.</text>
