<section id="H87C0D83B743A4E61B0854EA2B10D7969" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline"> This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Virgin Islands National Park Land Acquisition Act of 2010</short-title></quote>.</text></section>
<section id="HFE22864179BF4CF6AE3053AA5E6C3263"><enum>2.</enum><header>Acquisition authority; boundary adjustment; administration</header>
<subsection id="H2A0D748F091E4E4FB9D071A894374311"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In general</header><text>Subject to subsection (b), the Secretary of the Interior (Secretary) is authorized to acquire by donation approximately 3 acres of land located at 6S Hansen Bay and known as Pleasant Lookout, in St. John, U.S. Virgin Islands, as generally depicted on the map entitled <quote>_________</quote>, numbered _________, and dated _________.</text></subsection>
<subsection id="H8482F658EDD84B629E65BDBE86288265"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Condition for acquisition</header><text>The Secretary may acquire the property identified in this Act only if the Secretary determines that the addition of the property to the Virgin Islands National Park would contribute to the range of natural, cultural, or historic resources that the park protects and makes available for the benefit of the public.</text></subsection>
<subsection id="H7A2F642F7976410BB12417DC3393A252"><enum>(c)</enum><header>Availability of map</header><text>The map referred to in subsection (a) shall be on file and available for inspection in the appropriate offices of the National Park Service.</text></subsection>
<subsection id="H3232A5E790D843BABF55A5382983AA8E"><enum>(d)</enum><header>Boundary adjustment; administration</header><text>Land acquired pursuant to this Act shall be added to the Virgin Islands National Park and the boundary of the park shall be adjusted accordingly. The acquired land shall be administered by the Secretary as part of the park in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.</text></subsection></section>
