		<official-title>To amend the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of
		  2009 to extend the period for which certain nutrition assistance may be
		  provided under the Food and Nutrition Act of 2008.</official-title>

		<section id="HFA70EF1CA28F4ACB81F27C292B337090" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the
			 <quote><short-title>Supplemental Nutrition Assistance
			 Program for the Jobless Act of 2010</short-title></quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="HC608E1F7161E4751AAC8289AC2544CEF"><enum>2.</enum><header>Amendments</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 101(e) of the Recovery and
			 Reinvestment Act of 2009 (Public Law 111–5; 123 Stat. 121) is amended—</text>
			<paragraph id="H15109422CD864B749B64B7B3D842D06F"><enum>(1)</enum><text>in paragraph (1)
			 by striking <quote>2010</quote> and inserting <quote>2011</quote>, and</text>
			</paragraph><paragraph id="H866F956637D0471C8E704D5376F00D1B"><enum>(2)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">in paragraph (2) by striking
			 <quote>2010</quote> the last place it appears and inserting
			 <quote>2011</quote>.</text>
			</paragraph></section><section id="H0CC209262438427DAE07153C0266BEC3"><enum>3.</enum><header>Effective
			 date</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act and the
			 amendments made by this Act shall take effect on the date of the enactment of
			 this Act, or on September 30, 2010, whichever occurs earlier.</text>
