		<section id="H5C60B2899B9E43739EB0513B6F23A878" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Repeal of medical device
			 tax</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 1405 of the Health
			 Care and Education Reconciliation Act of 2010, and the amendments made by such
			 section, are hereby repealed, and the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 shall be
			 applied and administered as if such section and amendments had never been
			 enacted.</text>
		</section><section id="HF01BFCB957BD44B1882A38426C5BFB58"><enum>2.</enum><header>Revenue
			 offset</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Effective on the date
			 of the enactment of this Act, the unobligated balance of the discretionary
			 appropriations made available by division A of the American Recovery and
			 Reinvestment Act of 2009 (Public Law 111–5) is hereby rescinded.</text>
