		<section id="HC571D7B9209D49E1B6AFB8BFCDED14F4" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the
			 <quote><short-title>International Adoption Harmonization
			 Act of 2010</short-title></quote>.</text>
		</section><section display-inline="no-display-inline" id="H8EB2E94982DE48DDAA17F17B4FC87525"><enum>2.</enum><header>Modification of
			 adoption age requirements</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section 101(b)(1) of the Immigration and
			 Nationality Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/8/1101">8
			 U.S.C. 1101(b)(1)</external-xref>) is amended—</text>
			<paragraph id="H346DF84826974CE4BF7FEC2DC222E3F6"><enum>(1)</enum><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">in subparagraph (E)—</text>
				<subparagraph id="HCC83140602364B72A6AEB646E9685170"><enum>(A)</enum><text>by striking
			 <quote>(E)(i)</quote> and inserting <quote>(E)</quote>;</text>
				</subparagraph><subparagraph id="H46BEA49D490348ABADD8BDAEE95E8D6A"><enum>(B)</enum><text>by striking
			 <quote>sixteen</quote> and inserting <quote>eighteen</quote>;</text>
				</subparagraph><subparagraph id="HF6977CCA094D4B9EB09C90EB1A0CC654"><enum>(C)</enum><text>by striking
			 <quote>; or</quote> and inserting a semicolon; and</text>
				</subparagraph><subparagraph id="H7B4543F2AC9943BDB541A44DA14E0E89"><enum>(D)</enum><text>by striking clause
			 (ii);</text>

			 <quote>Attorney General</quote> each place such term appears and inserting
			 <quote>Secretary of Homeland Security</quote>.</text>
				</subparagraph></paragraph></section><section id="H61D4261AD33847939136A57EA8F21876"><enum>3.</enum><header>Harmonizing
			 adoptions between Hague Convention and non-Hague-Convention
			 countries</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section
			 212(a)(1)(C)(ii) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/8/1182">8 U.S.C.
			 1182(a)(1)(C)(ii)</external-xref>) is amended by striking <quote>section
			 101(b)(1)(F),</quote> and inserting <quote>subparagraph (F) or (G) of section
			 101(b)(1),</quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="HA8578C47E6B342A4BC28BB2D55B34137"><enum>4.</enum><header>Compliance with
			 PAYGO</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">The budgetary effects of
			 this Act, for the purpose of complying with the Statutory Pay-As-You-Go Act of
			 2010, shall be determined by reference to the latest statement titled
			 “Budgetary Effects of PAYGO Legislation” for this Act, submitted for printing
			 in the Congressional Record by the Chairman of the Committee on the Budget of
			 the House of Representatives, provided that such statement has been submitted
			 prior to the vote on passage.</text>
