<official-title display="yes">To provide for the conveyance of a small parcel of National Forest System land in the Francis Marion National Forest in South Carolina, and for other purposes.</official-title>

<section id="H66AD5331467F45C79C522C8C00029EAA" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Land conveyance, Francis Marion National Forest, South Carolina</header> 
<subsection id="HF3B7C57EB1644CF5981DE1D6F5ED39F4"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Conveyance required</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Upon the tender of consideration from the First Baptist Church of Bonneau, 108 West Church Street, Bonneau, South Carolina (in this section referred to as the <quote>Bonneau Baptist Church</quote>), the Secretary of Agriculture shall sell and quitclaim to Bonneau Baptist Church all right, title, and interest of the United States in and to a parcel of National Forest System land in the Francis Marion National Forest consisting of up to approximately 3 acres, as generally depicted on a map titled, <quote>First Baptist Church of Bonneau Cemetery Tract</quote> and dated May 6, 2010. The conveyance shall be subject to valid existing rights and the other provisions of this section.</text> </subsection>
<subsection id="H31CF0C0140A241ED93B1F3C02A91133C"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Consideration</header> 
<paragraph id="HA27F685197604822BA3C81C4930964F7"><enum>(1)</enum><header>Cash consideration</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">As consideration for the conveyance under subsection (a), Bonneau Baptist Church shall pay to the Secretary cash consideration in an amount equal to the market value of the land.</text> </paragraph>
<paragraph id="H47F8E67C93714421B2567F58D8086AED"><enum>(2)</enum><header>Market value</header><text>The market value of the land conveyed under subsection (a) shall be determined by an appraisal approved by the Secretary based on appraisal instructions prescribed by the Secretary for a separate lot unconnected with a larger parcel, unencumbered by any permit or restrictive covenant (other than the restriction required by subsection (f)), and otherwise in conformity with the Uniform Appraisal Standards for Federal Land Acquisitions.</text> </paragraph>
<paragraph id="H19173B6DD9244A3A98DA3B098D9277BD"><enum>(3)</enum><header>Deposit and use of proceeds</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The consideration received by the Secretary under this subsection shall be deposited into the account in the Treasury established by <external-xref legal-doc="public-law" parsable-cite="pl/90/171">Public Law 90–171</external-xref> (commonly known as the Sisk Act; <external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/16/484a">16 U.S.C. 484a</external-xref>). The monies so deposited shall be available to the Secretary, until expended and without further appropriation, for the acquisition of lands and interests in land in the Francis Marion National Forest in South Carolina.</text> </paragraph></subsection>
<subsection id="H1A0B7F28DDDB4BF9B0EBD6CEFD4575C0"><enum>(c)</enum><header>Survey</header><text>The land to be conveyed under subsection (a) shall be surveyed, and such survey and resulting land description shall be subject to approval by the Secretary.</text> </subsection>
<subsection id="HCB8726F9FAF84D9D9FD32401FF05CA49"><enum>(d)</enum><header>Costs</header><text>The Secretary shall require the Bonneau Baptist Church to pay all reasonable costs associated with the conveyance under subsection (a), including—</text> 
<paragraph id="HC0274602D21B44AD842338B0CEADB869"><enum>(1)</enum><text>appraisal;</text> </paragraph>
<paragraph id="H0BFF5F510EDA420BA345440CD59092B1"><enum>(2)</enum><text>survey;</text> </paragraph>
<paragraph id="HBEC65C7B434049CEBEAE2AFDD3B87F3D"><enum>(3)</enum><text>closing costs, including deed recordation; and</text> </paragraph>
<paragraph id="H1AF35857CD624621BF0EF6E9C6ECB4DA"><enum>(4)</enum><text>any administrative and environmental analyses required by law or regulation.</text> </paragraph></subsection>
<subsection id="H9D5641E608B3419E87C45C491A2BC2AF"><enum>(e)</enum><header>Treatment of existing Special Use Authorization</header><text>Upon completion of the conveyance under subsection (a), the Special Use Authorization provided to Bonneau Baptist Church for use of the conveyed lands shall be deemed to be terminated.</text> </subsection>
<subsection id="H6FF84192F2E34BEB9082D650909BF442"><enum>(f)</enum><header>Restriction on use of conveyed land</header><text>The deed of conveyance for the land conveyed under subsection (a) shall restrict the use of the conveyed land to cemetery purposes. Structures may not be erected on the conveyed land, other than for monumentation or cemetery maintenance facilities.</text> </subsection>
<subsection id="H245AF102E3784C7BAD4A1811CE87FFD3"><enum>(g)</enum><header>Compliance with federal laws and regulations</header><text>The conveyance of the land under subsection (a) is subject to compliance with existing laws and regulations.</text> </subsection>
<subsection id="H43CD014F7BFF49F9B7E614AE49455291"><enum>(h)</enum><header>Additional terms and conditions</header><text>The Secretary may require such additional terms and conditions in connection with the conveyance under subsection (a) as the Secretary considers appropriate to protect the interests of the United States.</text> </subsection></section>
<section display-inline="no-display-inline" id="HAA18650FD7404B629BDB3643F28B3504" section-type="subsequent-section"><enum>2.</enum><header>Statutory Pay-As-You-Go language</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">The budgetary effects of this Act, for the purpose of complying with the Statutory Pay-As-You-Go Act of 2010, shall be determined by reference to the latest statement titled <quote>Budgetary Effects of PAYGO Legislation</quote> for this Act, submitted for printing in the Congressional Record by the Chairman of the House Budget Committee, provided that such statement has been submitted prior to the vote on passage.</text> </section>
