		<official-title>To match the boundaries of Lewis and Clark National
		  Historic Park and Cape Disappointment and Fort Columbia State Parks in the
		  State of Washington, and for other purposes.</official-title>

		<section id="H080F3E038FC1491C893D625FFA2E72E1" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the
			 <quote><short-title>Lewis and Clark National and State
			 Historical Parks Partnership Act of 2010</short-title></quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="H87C2FD485F36442AA59B84F6350D4245"><enum>2.</enum><header>Administrative
			 boundary corrections</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Section
			 103(b) of the Lewis and Clark National Historical Park Designation Act (16
			 U.S.C. 410kkk note; Public Law 108–387) is amended to read as follows:</text>
			<quoted-block display-inline="no-display-inline" id="H33B19B21793E4CCABF83369337A203BD" style="OLC">
				<subsection id="HE53C04B5776748AB89C0DBDB0B6663C1"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Boundaries</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The boundaries of the park are those
				generally depicted on the map titled <quote>________</quote>, numbered ______,
				and dated ______ and includes the following:</text>
					<paragraph id="H2AEA4B302BF94F659FCE92FCF1933380"><enum>(1)</enum><text>Lands located in
				Clatsop County, Oregon, that are associated with the winter encampment of the
				Lewis and Clark Expedition, known as Fort Clatsop and designated as the Fort
				Clatsop National Memorial by Public Law 85–435, including the site of the salt
				cairn (specifically, lot number 18, block 1, Cartwright Park Addition of
				Seaside, Oregon) used by that expedition and adjacent portions of the old trail
				which led overland from the fort to the coast.</text>
					</paragraph><paragraph id="H7BA8BFC0184A4651AC99281F025AC28E"><enum>(2)</enum><text>Lands identified
				as <quote>Fort Clatsop 2002 Addition Lands</quote> on the map referred to in
				this subsection.</text>
					</paragraph><paragraph id="H4B684D69E25F42F3A7C8090B13108188"><enum>(3)</enum><text>Lands located
				along the lower Columbia River in the State of Washington associated with the
				arrival of the Lewis and Clark Expedition at the Pacific Ocean in 1805, which
				are identified as <quote>Station Camp</quote>, <quote>Clark’s Dismal
				Nitch</quote>, <quote>Cape Disappointment</quote>, and <quote>Fort
				Columbia</quote> on the map referred to in this
				subsection.</text>
