		<section id="H923B09D99EE9408FBEC0D7F5E77C0F46" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote>Fair
			 Health Care for Military Families Act</quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="HCB7DC0186A2C4A5A8CE5586BA40F5B4F"><enum>2.</enum><header>Increase of
			 maximum age for children eligible for medical care under CHAMPVA
			 program</header>
			<subsection id="H43291290BBF8415C81AB2718FE8E1BB1"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Increase</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Section 1781(c) of title 38, United States
			 Code, is amended—</text>
				<paragraph id="H7EC0FBB192AE418FA312A030B8908DD8"><enum>(1)</enum><text>by striking
			 <quote>twenty-three</quote> and inserting <quote>twenty-six</quote>; and</text>
				</paragraph><paragraph id="H082F4A1876A540018981BFE50467FEB0"><enum>(2)</enum><text>by striking
			 <quote>twenty-third birthday</quote> and inserting <quote>twenty-sixth
			 birthday</quote>.</text>
				</paragraph></subsection><subsection id="H17EB10585F9D493686CB81CD7E700992"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Effective
			 date</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The amendments made by
			 subsection (a) shall apply with respect to medical care provided on or after
			 the date of the enactment of this Act.</text>
			</subsection></section><section id="H6B056FAD408C4766B128B831E17B2465"><enum>3.</enum><header>Increase of
			 maximum age for children eligible for medical care under TRICARE
			 program</header>
			<subsection id="H87933F361C1B4A5FAB9F058DBEF0B1C6"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Increase</header>
				<paragraph id="HD93EE35A2D1B4347B2E3C2BD1D3E0ADD"><enum>(1)</enum><header>Children</header><text>Subparagraph
			 (D) of section 1072(2) of title 10, United States Code, is amended—</text>
					<subparagraph id="HA66D956F4D46439DB71BD10A7B32EEB9"><enum>(A)</enum><text>in clause (i), by
			 striking <quote>21;</quote> and inserting <quote>26; or</quote>;</text>
					</subparagraph><subparagraph id="H0800626CC4A646638BE614411154FFC4"><enum>(B)</enum><text>by striking clause
			 (ii);</text>
					</subparagraph><subparagraph id="H543EDA5D6C7845ED8511085619A8E240"><enum>(C)</enum><text>by redesignating
			 clause (iii) as clause (ii); and</text>
					</subparagraph><subparagraph id="H05656BF6909E43ACA6EDD608A34FEB8E"><enum>(D)</enum><text>in clause (ii), as
			 redesignated by subparagraph (C), by striking <quote>or (ii)</quote>.</text>
					</subparagraph></paragraph><paragraph id="H69106F6F8B4D49A18C87FB882295B521"><enum>(2)</enum><header>Custodial
			 dependents</header><text>Clause (ii) of section 1072(2)(I) of such title is
			 amended—</text>
					<subparagraph id="HB51224E12E0241E08E4B0F672E8F4286"><enum>(A)</enum><text>in subclause (I),
			 by striking <quote>21;</quote> and inserting <quote>26; or</quote>;</text>
					</subparagraph><subparagraph id="HDB9A70F6E7ED4BBE8C1EA54A3F9F9EE4"><enum>(B)</enum><text>by striking
			 subclause (II);</text>
					</subparagraph><subparagraph id="H01DDA006FE654DCCA9186EFEF58AC0E5"><enum>(C)</enum><text>by redesignating
			 subclause (III) as subclause (II); and</text>
					</subparagraph><subparagraph id="H68D17F9F60A0415F89AD3462FEB839A2"><enum>(D)</enum><text>in subclause (II),
			 as redesignated by subparagraph (C), by striking <quote>or (II)</quote>.</text>
					</subparagraph></paragraph></subsection><subsection id="HE3138B62F8804600A9FECD7505B9A1A0"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Effective
			 date</header><text>The amendments made by subsection (a) shall apply with
			 respect to medical care provided on or after the date of the enactment of this
			 Act.</text>
