		  disclosure of the names of individuals who are granted amnesty from criminal

		<section id="HFD834571E0104B978B9AA0F85A737743" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the
			 <quote><short-title>Stop Offshore Bad Actors Act of
			 2010</short-title></quote>.</text>
		</section><section id="H917749EE26AF452CBD0A7A5B62564B68"><enum>2.</enum><header>Disclosure of the
			 names of individuals who are granted amnesty from criminal prosecution by the
			 internal revenue service</header>
			<subsection id="H9BA61138935143178BBC4867D20546FC"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In
			 general</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Chapter 77 of the
			 Internal Revenue Code of 1986 is amended by adding at the end the following new
			 section:</text>
				<quoted-block display-inline="no-display-inline" id="H9147FD9914B94DA2B25975239F5AD31F" style="OLC">
					<section id="HB6285AB92F3447D9A30FEF6362B9B701"><enum>7529.</enum><header>Disclosure of
				the names of individuals who are granted amnesty from criminal prosecution by
				the internal revenue service</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">Not later than 60 days after the close of
				each calendar year, the Secretary shall publish in the Federal Register the
				names of individuals who have been granted amnesty or immunity from criminal
				prosecution by the Internal Revenue Service during the preceding calendar
				year.</text>

			</subsection><subsection id="H61762DA73C5F413494584E77CA709B39"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Clerical
			 amendment</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The table of
			 sections for such chapter 77 is amended by adding at the end the following new
			 item:</text>

				of individuals who are granted amnesty from criminal prosecution by the
				internal revenue service.</quote>.</toc-entry>
				</toc>
			</subsection><subsection display-inline="no-display-inline" id="H779F5A4282184790ACB292AB70FF9A56"><enum>(c)</enum><header>Effective
			 date</header><text>The amendments made by this section shall apply to amnesty
			 granted after the date of the enactment of this Act.</text>
