		<section id="HD49544A76A2144A1BA4C73A8C3524C43" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Elimination of sweetheart
			 deals under PPACA</header>
			<subsection id="HCBD98B6BB59B4CC78F819AF14444D3EF"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Repeals</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Effective as if included in the enactment
			 of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (Public Law 111–148, in this
			 section referred to as <quote>PPACA</quote>), the following provisions are
			 repealed:</text>
				<paragraph id="H7053467625F74800AA09E5E48AC16425"><enum>(1)</enum><header>Sweetheart deal
			 to provide Tennessee with Medicaid DSH funds</header><text>Clause (v) of
			 section 1923(f)(6)(A) of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. 1396r–4(f)(6)(A)),
			 as added by section 1203(b) of PPACA.</text>
				</paragraph><paragraph id="HDC36809C89CC4531940201BA48F0626E"><enum>(2)</enum><header>Sweetheart deal
			 to provide Hawaii with Medicaid DSH funds</header><text>Clause (iii) of section
			 1923(f)(6)(B) of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. 1396r–4(f)(6)(B)), as added
			 by section 10201(e)(1)(A) of PPACA.</text>
				</paragraph><paragraph id="H12B9A4F62159463BA0C2380BC41861BC"><enum>(3)</enum><header>Sweetheart deal
			 to provide Louisiana with a special increased Medicaid
			 FMAP</header><text>Subsection (aa) of section 1905 of the Social Security Act,
			 as added by section 2006 of PPACA.</text>
				</paragraph><paragraph id="H73696B36B8084DB7A0AA4CD2DAE7A975"><enum>(4)</enum><header>Sweetheart deal
			 that increases Medicare reimbursement just for frontier States</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Section 10324 of PPACA (and the amendments
			 made by such section).</text>
				</paragraph><paragraph id="HE5F9D9FD49B142EB827C4D980BC9E741"><enum>(5)</enum><header>Sweetheart deal
			 granting Medicare coverage for individuals exposed to environmental hazards in
			 Libby, Montana</header><text>Section 10323 of PPACA (and the amendments made by
			 such section).</text>
				</paragraph><paragraph id="H72AF520348404FE4893336DA5BA2E83F"><enum>(6)</enum><header>Sweetheart deal
			 for a hospital in Connecticut</header><text>Section 10502 of PPACA.</text>
				</paragraph></subsection><subsection id="HF319A4CD0D7E4DE2AC088F3D4964EDE5"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Elimination of
			 sweetheart deal that reclassifies hospitals in Michigan and Connecticut To
			 increase their Medicare reimbursement</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">Section 3137(a) of PPACA, as amended by
			 section 10317 of such Act, is amended—</text>
				<paragraph id="H020E8041082F4DE3993EDDD4E35D786B"><enum>(1)</enum><text>in paragraph
			 (2)—</text>
					<subparagraph id="H69DF7ED4C9D2454F98041FE318D2BC44"><enum>(A)</enum><text>by striking
			 <quote><header-in-text level="paragraph" style="OLC">fiscal year
			 2010</header-in-text></quote> and all that follows through <quote>for purposes
			 of implementation of the amendment</quote> and inserting <quote><header-in-text level="paragraph" style="OLC">fiscal year 2010.—</header-in-text>For purposes
			 of implementation of the amendment</quote>; and</text>
					</subparagraph><subparagraph id="H3B9A5ED18D034B55938B0B6EB2512861"><enum>(B)</enum><text>by striking
			 subparagraph (B); and</text>
					</subparagraph></paragraph><paragraph id="HEB7015D9C0C243AEAC1DA1F3E7EA915A"><enum>(2)</enum><text>by striking
			 paragraph (3).</text>
